Favorite time of year Chloe Reese (6)

There are four seasons: spring,summer,fall,and winter. All of the seasons have their own pros and cons, but my favorite is fall. Fall time is the best time of year to me. Fall is the time of year that is not hot but just on the edge of cold.it is the time of year that is cool, just the right amount of wind blows to give you chills, and it is the right temperature outside. I also love fall because the leaves are just changing colors:  from green to red, orange, and yellow. Then right before winter comes they start to fall, hence the name of the season. I love seeing the trees change colors and the temperature change. But the thing I love most about fall is that it lasts from September through October, November, and ends in December. This time of year includes October one of my favorite months. October includes one of my favorite holidays, Halloween. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays because of all of the scary movies that come on tv, the haunted houses, and seeing all the cool decorations in people's yards. I love when all of the spooky and scary movies come on. Some of my favorites to watch are , lost boys, Scream, Ghost hunters, and the new movies that come out in theaters. I also love going to haunted houses and getting scared. I also like seeing all the people dressed up in the haunted houses. It's good to get scared every once in a while. Then finally my last favorite part about fall is going to pumpkin hallow with my family and picking out pumpkins. I love seeing all the selections of pumpkins out there and picking the plumpest one. Then my family and I go home and carve them. We always come up with and carve our own faces and set them out a few nights before Halloween. Then we get to see them glow every night up to Halloween by the candle inside. These are just a few of the many things I love about fall. But to add I love all the scents that go along with it. I love smelling pumpkin pie, pecan pie, the sugar candles, and warm cinnamon scents.
