Ella Servadio — Blog 6
I left for the beach Saturday. The long drive sucked, but we made it fun. My friend, my sister, and I got to ride in one car, so we were able to control the radio. We listened to a lot of old Justin Bieber, One Direction, and Hannah Montana. We almost wrecked like seven times because traffic was so bad. People really don’t know how to drive. We got to the condo at like 2:30, so we went straight out to the beach and stayed out there until it got dark. We went walking around later on, and I ended up falling into a hole from where people had been shooting fireworks. It didn’t hurt, but I got a mouthful of sand. It was awful. After that, I went inside because I was over it. We spent every day at the beach. We were out there from the moment we woke up until we had to get ready for whatever we were doing that night. Needless to say, I am VERY tan. The second night we were there, we went to Pier Park. It’s like a shopping center thing. We ate some really good food, and then we walked around. We went in to like every store there I think. I spent all my money too. I ended up running into Anna Mason while I was there, so we hung out while we were there. The night mainly consisted of us walking around. We did get Starbucks though, and then Anna had to leave to go eat. So we just left and went back to the condo. Our GPS took us all of the place on the way back. The condo was like ten minutes from where we were, and it took us an hour and a half to get back. At one point, we were somewhere in the woods, literally. I really think I got to see every inch of Panama City that night. Once we finally got back, our parents were so mad because we were out so late. I just went straight into the room because I didn’t feel like telling her the story of what happened, because once my mom is mad, she’s mad. She won’t just let it go even if our reason was valid. I’ll talk about the rest of my trip in my next blog!
I'm glad to hear that you had a good time at the beach. Except that mouth full of sand part doesn't sound like it was fun, lol. You were listening to the best kind of throwbacks there are is what it sounds like. There's nothing like some Hannah Montanna. I'm really jealous that you are tan, I wanted to get a tan, but I didn't really feel like going outside, haha. I'm glad that you finally made it out of the woods, and that you didn't bother to telling your mom, because I know how you feel. My mom is the exact same way. But anyway see you when school starts!
