The Trump Manifesto
When it comes to the newest class of voters
most of them are wide eyed and understandably unsure as to whom they should be
giving their very important vote to.
This essay will clear that up and show why Donald Trump is the man on
the ballot whose name should be chosen on Election Day. This essay will cover a broad range of
reasons as to why you should vote for him ranging from his business savvy to
his protective views and why even if he isn’t your guy he’s still the best
candidate.
Please allow me to admit that I realize Donald
Trump isn’t a politician and that he is in fact a business man, but you should
also allow me to show you why that isn’t a bad thing right now. We are in need
someone that will take our current debt of $19 QUADRILLION and put it closer to zero. Most people when looking at Trump will say
that because he isn’t a politician he doesn’t know how to run a country. That’s reasonable until you look at what he
has done as a business man. The Donald
Trump organization just last year received over 9.5 billion dollars in profits
and created 34,000 new jobs even in these hard times (Long) . Other people might look at him and see how he
speaks his mind and think that he will start a war with someone just because of
how they look. There is a chance that he
very well could start a war with his words but you must realize that he because
he really does speak his mind he will not lie to you like every politician out
there. Also, war can be a beneficial thing. I’m not saying war is groovy but
look at what WW2 did to our economy. Prospect.org shows how WW2 ended the great
depression for us by creating 17 million new jobs, increasing industrial
productivity almost 100%, and giving companies double the profits after taxes.
If you can’t find reason enough in those facts and argue that Trump will turn
out like every other president and just support his financial supporters let me
use therealdeal.com’s information and show you that he is worth $4.5 billion
and that he owns $1.38 billion in New York City commercial real estate alone
meaning that he has too much money to be bought and therefore will chase after
his own agendas not that of some major corporation.
One of the Agendas that he most certainly will
be chasing after is that of fighting the war on terror and Illegal Immigration,
both two huge threats to us as a society. When some people are asked about
illegal immigrants there initial response is to say that they came here for a
better life so we should give that to them but those same people might not
realize that there is 11.3 million illegal immigrants already here, half of them
from Mexico, or that in Arizona alone roughly 700 million pounds of marijuana
came into this country thanks to the large gaps in our current border patrol (Potter) . Very few people
believe that is a good thing especially once they realize that with every leaf
of marijuana that crosses the border that it gets one step closer to their
children and opens up the door to other stronger drugs or even the door of
their jail cell. Another part of the
Trump initiative is to stop terrorism for good, here and across the globe. A
lot of people simply say that we shouldn’t be the world’s police force but
those people don’t realize how large of a threat it really is. Matt Chorley clearly demonstrates in his
report that terrorism is a HUGE deal because in 2014 alone there were more than
32,000 people killed by jihadist attacks and 29 of them being right here in
America. Since 9/11 we have had 49
people killed in America by Jihadist attacks and 9/11 had 3,000 people killed
in one swoop. If that doesn’t hit home, then
maybe it will once they decide to hit your home because Trump didn’t get the
chance to protect you.
Now even if you still don’t think that Trump is
your man then let me show you who his competition is and what they will do and
you’ll be jumping on the Trump train faster than you can say Freedom. He currently is in the lead in the
Republican race by such a margin that he is a lock for the presidential
Republican candidate therefore you must now consider the democrats as his only
competitors. Bernie Sanders could very
well be who ends up getting the democratic ballot so I’ll start with him. Most people who say they will vote for him
are doing so because of the free stuff that he will give them, that being
health care and a college education.
Those things aren’t free guys. In fact, they are extremely expensive and
according to Emily Stewart free health care for America would cost a whopping
15 trillion dollars and another 3.5 trillion dollars to give away free
education. I bet that Communist Bernie
sanders didn’t tell you about that and how he was going to have to raises taxes
in order to do so. If that doesn’t turn
you over to trumps side of the great wall then maybe hearing about the other
horse in this race, Hillary Clinton, will.
Hillary Clinton is very pro-gun control because she thinks, like a lot
of people today do, that without guns in the hands of law abiding citizens then
there will be no more gun violence. She
may not realize this but gunfacts.info sure knows that is wrong. As a matter of fact, 71% of gunshot victims
had a previous arrest records and that 64% had been convicted of a crime with
11 times being the average amount of arrest. This statistics show that gun
crimes are committed by repeat offenders, mostly gang affiliated, but Hillary
doesn’t realize that. Thankfully Trump does. Another noteworthy statistic is
that guns actually prevent roughly 2.5 million crimes each year as opposed to
causing them like she would have you believe. Even that might not have
converted you yet because you say “But they are going to give me welfare
because I need it and they owe it to me!”
These people are refereeing to the welfare support that the government
supplies to them for various reasons.
They also think it’s wonderful because it gives them money to use while
searching for a job but that is super expensive and hurts the people actually
paying taxes. How expensive one might
ask? Well last year the government spent 1.53 billion dollars on welfare and
25% of the people accepting this money did no work at all. That is money coming
straight out of the working class’s pocket so they don’t have to and is only
tolerable to Sanders and Clinton.
In conclusion, Donald Trump is a very
intelligent and successful business man that is worth the amount of money most
people dream of, has his eyes on making America great again by getting rid of
those who aren’t American, and will definitely trump his competition so go and
give him your vote!

I couldn't have said it better myself. Great essay. This should be put in a large newspaper like The New York Times, oh wait, its too liberal to allow anything truthful to appear in its pages. I guess just leaving it here will do ;)

You've convinced me with this great essay- JM
ReplyDeleteYour essays hardly ever fail to entertain. I'm not saying I will vote for Trump, but your essay was interesting and you made some valid points. I wanted to laugh while I was reading it, not because it was funny but because of your voice and clever turn of phrase. You worked hard on this and I can tell. I think Matthew is right when he says your essay should be in a larger publication than our blog.

Interesting points.... I especially liked the WW2 references, though I believe you may be overlooking the loss of lives that came with that revitalization of the economy. If we took half the work force out today (and paid them military pay) freeing up the jobs for the rest of us, take most women and minorities out of the workforce (as common in 1940's), and needed the massive amount of munitions necessary to fight WW2, then it might work. Wait...... A Trump presidency..... Yea, we'll need it. Never mind :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe if the Wealthy would share some of the money with the less fortunate, I would not have to support SOCIALIST Bernie for the Presidency.

ReplyDeleteYou have written in this essay that we should vote for the business man so he can pull our country out of debt, however, Donald Trump has filed his businesses for bankruptcy four times since 1991. That sounds like Trump will only further our debt. Also, Trump's definition of war on terror is keeping all Muslims out of America. I'm pretty sure that a man in power trying to abolish an entire race has happened before and it didn't work well for him. Not to mention the fact that he has already been used in a terrorist-recruitment ad. His promises to rid America of Muslims only enrages the terrorists and paints an even bigger target on America.
