Are These Pictures Worth 350 Words? -- Karlee Sanders

Most people have heard the saying, "A picture's worth a thousand words." These are pictures from my camera roll on my phone that might not be worth a thousand words, but surely they can get me to three hundred and fifty.

This is actually one of my favorite pictures. In this picture, Mattie and I were in Charlotte Russe. I'm pretty sure my mom had taken us to the mall for my fourteenth birthday. We were trying on sunglasses, being stupid (as always), and having a ton of fun. That picture brings back a good memory.

Lets just say this was the last time my mom let me have this much company without a lot of convincing.

Holly and I used to do this thing where we would take selfies for hours on end just because we were bored. We had this app called Retrica that had a timed photo thing, where it would take a bunch of photos like this. Of course we were acting up and being silly, hence the sock stuck up to the camera. (I did that because there was a TON of hair on it and I thought it was gross.) The last three snaps are me getting mad at Holly because she grabbed my face, which I absolutely hate.

These pictures have the same story.
This was about a year ago. We decided we needed to hang out before school starts, so we came to Sydney's and covered just about every backroad behind her house. What a day. :)

BETA WAS AWESOME !!! We were all sitting in the hallway doing nothing but jamming to twenty one pilots and waiting for a hot guy to pass. I loved spending time with these ladies!

Quite possibly the best cheer squad ever. (Not pictured is Cassie Tucker, whom I miss cheering with because she's such a sweetheart.) But for real, we were an amazing Jr High squad. Some might say that we were better than the High School squad that year!

Proof that old dogs can be taught new tricks. Just kidding, my parents taking a selfie. I thought it was so cute. I don't really remember where we were, but they bought us Dairy Queen for lunch, which was fantastic. I also found a turtle that day and played on a playground with Kenley, it was fun.

My precious Haven and I. I've been friends with Haven since diapers. She's my day 1 and I know that if I ever need anything, she'll be there. (Even if she does stink at answering her phone.) This was at a surprise birthday party for her, and I had a ball.

This is my dog, Copper. She's my baby girl. I love her more than most humans. Every night I lay with her for at least half an hour just loving on her. My dad likes to call her "old friend". I think that's fitting. Even if I lost all my friends I know I'd still have her. I LOVE HER SO MUCH.

  3. I really like this blog! I love taking pictures, I have probably hundreds on my phone. There are Pictures from years ago. I try to go through and delete the ones I don't need but it's hard to get rid of any! even the ones that are unneeded. or me, every picture holds a message, meaning, or just a happy memory that's too hard to delete so it just sits there with all the other old photos. But I wouldn't get rid of any of them. pictures are one of the nicest things in the world to me. They give you something to hold on to. Great job on this!! --Jo Baker-11
