Wow! I new some facts about working out, but some of these I didn't know. These are great for me to know to help me keep healthy. This also helps me want to work out more ( because I'm lazy). I love listening to music so now I can do it while working out and it will help me exercise. All of these exercising facts are very interesting because now I know how to burn the most calories and make exercising more useful. One fact that I didn't know that I know now is working out can help you sleep better. Now I can work out before I go to bed and sleep for hours.
