SoG: CoD4 Part 2 - Gabe Poe #13

Shortly after the raid on the cargo freighter, Bravo team must rescue a Russian informant from his previously affiliated Ultranationalist group (who are also working with Al-Asad). Bravo Team gets help from an old friend of Capt. Price. The friend employs Loyalist troops to help them free Nikolai (the Russian informant). After the rescue of Nikolai, we see a change in perspective from the SAS team to a team of the Marine Corp. The name of the team is 1^st Force Recon. The assassination of the president of this unknown middle eastern country causes the Marine Corps to send in teams including 1^st Force Recon. They are tasked with finding and capturing Al-Asad. You play as a gunman on 1^st Force Recon, Sgt. Paul Jackson. You start the mission controlling a LMG atop a Humvee. While driving through the streets of a city of the unknown country, the Marines are ambushed and you are forced to shoot your way through the streets. Eventually you are forced out of you Humvee and have to reach your objective on foot. To get to the objective you must go through an abandoned school building riddled with enemies. They reach their target building, breach the building, and eliminate all threats; but they don’t find the man they are looking for Al-Asad. Just as they are preparing to leave the building they hear a broadcast on their radios. The broadcast is a message from Al-Asad. They find out that the message is being broadcasted from a nearby TV station. They begin moving through the streets toward the TV station with resistance from enemy troops. Once you reach the TV station and clear the enemies out, you breach the recording studio to find it empty. The broadcast of Al-Asad is just a recording on loop. You stop the propaganda recording and prepare to leave, but are stopped by an ambush of enemy troops. You fight back against them and you eventually get reinforcements that help you defeat the enemy troops and then extracts you via helicopter.
