The amount of time I have to finish this summer assignment has me thinking about time, and not a good time more like stress till I have grey hairs. Now I don’t know about anyone else, but I usually have really bad time management... like really bad (I just really like naps and tv so you could see where my schedule wouldn’t approve of either of those things) I promise I’m working on it:) I plan on being better though. Anyway back to time when you think about time is funny you have 24 hours in a day u spend 7/8 sleeping or if your me you’re lucky to get 3. That leaves you with 16 if you just get 8 and don’t nap. We spend 8 in school, if you play sports you lose a good 2. Then you’re either down to 8/6. We have homework and we gotta find time to eat. So maybe 3 if your lucky to do whatever you want after you’ve took care of yourself. Not a lot a time if you ask me. Which I’ve realized that them extra hours I don’t cherish, or the ones that I’m busy and surrounded with people I love. I take a lot for granted during this time... like breakfast with my sister before the day starts, or the quiet time I’m supposed to do every morning, or lunchtime where you see friends, and everything in between. We graduate soon we probably won’t see much of each other after that, and yet I don’t make the extra effort to really reach out to everyone in our grade. It’s sad that there’s so much time in a day 24 hours and yet I don’t seem to make time to enjoy the people that I’m blessed to have in it. Again like I said gonna start working on. Maybe it’ll teach me something I don’t know or someone else. So here’s to more time, here’s to spending the 24 in the best way, with people, just simply enjoying life and not taking the time for granted. Any way I’m done see ya in the next one byeee - Grace Anne
I agree naps are the best thing in the world! They don’t really fit anywhere in my schedule either bc it seems like I’m always doing something. In my last blog I literally talked about watching Friends every chance I get haha. Time is something I need to start cherishing tho. I take it for granted most days. When I get busy hanging out with friends or going somewhere I forget to be thankful for those times and cherish them. The thing is those are the times I should be most thankful for, and they are I just forget to give thanks sometimes to the One who gave it to me. I hope you’re having a great summer! peace out. - lexi hall
