Birthday!! - Caiden Hinkle - 5/11

Welcome back to my birthday blog posts. I hope you are enjoying my story telling. I also hope life is keeping you busy, if you need it to. Anyways, lets hop back into the story of my birthday trip!

Once we finished the eSports section of the science museum, we got food at the food court. I ended up not eating anything and just getting a 24 oz Dr. Pepper. Then we sat there at the food court for a little bit, but not just because we were tired. They had a gigantic marble machine that had contraptions that led the marbles around the whole museum. It was pretty interesting to follow the tracks around and see what the marbles do next. Also, while following the marble tracks, we realized that they had a hidden outside exhibit. It was where you could learn about flowers, soil, and animals on farms. We got to see chickens, but we were also surprised to see that they were growing Hemp. It was for scientific research, but it was still strange to see, and horrible to smell. I really don't know why they hid the exhibit away behind everything. Also, they had soils from every single state that is a part of the United States of America! They also explained what the colors of the soils mean. They had an experiment area where you can make different corn products, such as corn flour. If I had some extra time to stay at the science museum, I would have kept exploring that outside area. It was super hot outside though, so i guess it ended up working out fine in the long run. We pretty much stayed at the little apartment we were staying in for the remainder of the day. Oh, wait a second. We also ended up getting lots of snacks and watching Luca on Disney+. We found it as a very exceptional movie and a 10% recommendation for those thinking about watching it. Just make sure to have some tissues, it gets pretty emotional.  Anyways, come back to my next blog post to see what we did at Six Flags!
