Blogosphere: Episode 2- Robert Long

Welcome back to the Blogosphere! In the last episode, I talked about spending time with friends, and preserving the time you have with them. In this episode, I want to touch on that a small amount, but moreso focus on the small things in life. After the Hotel Get-Together, I had two more friends come to me with an idea. They wanted to go try something new, something I'd never heard of: Singo Bingo. Much like the previous episode, I shall keep the names of said friends unknown, but you know who you are. We went to this restaurant in Jonesboro called YesDog and ate. At YesDog, on certain days, they host this game called Singo Bingo. As the name suggests, it's a version of Bingo that uses songs instead of numbers. Each player is given a Bingo card with the titles of songs. An announcer then plays a certain song over the speakers and you have to guess what the song is, marking it off gour card. Like traditional Bingo, if you get one of the specific patterns of song titles, you shout "Bingo!", declaring your victory above all.
While this night wasn't some grand event that will be marked in history, it was still one of the better memories I've had over the course of Summer 2019. Again, I want to remind everyone what these past two blogs have been about: caring for one another and spending time together is more important than any sum of money could ever be worth.
Once more I find myself with a lack of words, so now I will proceed to ramble on about the movie Star Wars: A New Hope. A fan favorite movie in the Star Wars series and my favorite of the original trilogy. Now, I know what you're thinking: "what does the 1977 classical Star Wars movie have anything to do with your Summer 2019, Robert?" Well, to answer that question, I have watched it three times since summer kicked off and for some reason, I keep getting drawn back into it like that piece of hair in your soda, but everytime you try to grab it, it falls deeper and deeper into your Sprite...I feel you. Thank you for reading episode two of the Blogosphere with Robert!
