Blog 11 by Eli G

Well summer break is about over. I hate to say it. I hate to even think about it. I'll drive by the school and I look the other way because I don't even want to look at it. I can say that I've had pretty good summer though. It's been way better than last year. Last year I did absolutely nothing and was bored all summer long. This one I've actually been at to go places and go out of state. Yesterday I went to Hardy to mess around some. The start of summer was pretty boring because there was nothing going on except for my birthday. The middle of summer got better because I was able to go swimming, not in my pool of course because it's nonexistent. Then later on in the summer I had a small two day vacation up to the northern part of Kentucky to watch a NASCAR race and to see Noah's Ark. And of course you can't forget about the most exciting part of the summer. I got my first job. Yeah I'm joking about that being the most exciting part.

    Eli I understand what you're getting at. This summer went by so quick. But Cross County goes back to school tomorrow. That would be awful. And this summer was better, because fortnite. You can't beat it. But I'm ready to see you at school and go back to having conversations about baseball, because no one else actually knows baseball. See you in school dude.

    Eli, we really need to play baseball this year my dude. We need more pitching. We don't need a Jose Reyes on the mound throwing sixty- five mile per hour and giving up bombs. Talking about the freshman that don't throw very hard. I seen you working at Farmers to. Making that cash I see. I hope it pays good and I hope you like it man.

    Hey Eli! Yeah Jacobs right dude. Please play baseball. That was our only connection really. We always talked and stuff at baseball. I wish you’d play again! I remember you dropping that dong at Paragould and then I got up and hit the fence lol. You had to show me up. But Fr play. Glad you like work too, sounds like you love it. Haha jk. -Gage
