Blog #5 Ally P

So summer is coming close to an end and I feel like it has gone by way too fast. I'm kinda ready for school to start back, but not really. It's crazy to me that we're going to be juniors. Anyway, this past weekend we had to go to Pensacola to see my step-sister because she had a baby. She had a little girl named Jakaya and she's so cute and tiny. I'm officially an aunt, kinda. But I'm super excited about it! Plus, it's another excuse for us to go to Pensacola more often. While we were down there we visited my step-sister and the baby, of course, but we also went to the beach. We weren't at the beach for very long because my mom couldn't go out on the beach with her broken foot, but it was so pretty and the water was really nice. We had a lot of fun and it was really nice down there. The car ride home was the worst, though. It seems like it took forever and our GPS was taking us through all these little two-lane and gravel roads and it was terrible. We were trying to avoid all the terrible traffic and we did so that's an upside. I still have six blogs to do and still quite a bit of work on the other half of this assignment to do and not a lot of time left to finish. I don't know what to talk about now because I don't really have a lot to talk about. It's hard to find stuff to talk about in these blogs sometimes. I still have to make comments on the blogs, too. They shouldn't be too hard though. I still don't know what to talk about but I think I am coming close to the word limit. This is really difficult sometimes and now I'm just rambling because I still don't know what to say. I hope everyone has had a good summer and is still having a good summer. Mine has been pretty good so far. I think I have got the word limit now so bye!

  1. I hope you get these finished. I barely got mine finished today. It is so hard to tell about what you did over the summer. All those moments you have during the summer are those "you have to be there" moments. I hate that. I can't ever remember what happened. These blogs are actually really fun. I hope you have a great rest of the summer.

  2. Hey Ally! I’m sad to read that your mom broke her foot but i’m jealous that you went to the beach. I went to the beach this year with the ball team and it was so fun, we luckily got out of the traffic because coach traveled at night so majority of the time we were alseep. Anyway, congratulations on being an aunt, it’s the best feeling ever. It’s great because you can visit the baby and love on it like it’s your own but when you get tired of it you can give it back to it’s mom. Anyway, hope your summer was great!
