- Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies: One cup of peanut butter; half a cup of butter, softened; half a cup of honey; half a cup of packed brown sugar; one egg; one and one fourth cups of whole wheat flour; one teaspoon of baking powder.
- Molasses Sugar Cookies: one and a half cups of shortening; two cups of white sugar; half a cup of molasses; two eggs; four cups of all-purpose flower; four teaspoons of baking soda; two teaspoons of ground cinnamon; one teaspoon of salt; one teaspoon of ground cloves; one teaspoon of ground ginger.
- Apple Pie: half a cup of unsalted butter; three table spoons of all-purpose flower; one fourth a cup of water; half cup of white sugar; half a cup of packed brown sugar; eight granny smith apples - peeled, cored, and sliced.
- Lemon Souffle: one egg; one large lemon - zested and juiced; one fourth a cup of castor sugar or superfine sugar; one teaspoon of cornstarch; two tablespoons of unsalted butter - cubed; three egg whites; five tablespoons of castor sugar, or superfine sugar; three egg yolks; one large lemon- zested and juiced; two tablespoons of confectioners' sugar for dusting.
- Eclair Cake: two (three point five ounce) packages of instant vanilla pudding mix; one (eight ounce) container of frozen whipped topping- thawed; three cups of milk; one (sixteen ounce) package of graham cracker squares; one (sixteen ounce) package of prepared chocolate frosting. 306

Deserts --Jo Baker- # 16
There are lots of things that people probably love to make. But one of the things I like to make is deserts. There are so many kinds you can make. I like making them, but I also like creating them. And finding them as well. There are so many different kinds that people have come up with. So I thought I would put some down and the recipes to them.
