Gage’s #5

So it’s a week til school and I’m on number 5. I’ve been at the hospital a lot. My girlfriends brother has been in the hospital for a week. He got pneumonia in his lungs and his kidneys aren’t functioning.  But this whole time in the hospital has thought me some stuff. It changed my whole perspective on my career. I’ve always thought that I wanted to be an engineer, and it was just the perfect job for me. Now that I’ve been going to the hospital, it has showed me that I want to be in the medical field. I want to be a practitioner, anatesis, or possibly a pharmacist. I’ve always thought that male nurses are on “the other side of the tracks” if ya know what I mean. But now that I’ve been looking, guy nurses are cool. And they make bank. So even though this is a bad situation to be at the hospital so much, it has taught me a lot and showed me a different career path. My mom is also a nurse, so it is a good path because if I needed help I could just ask her. It would be about.6 years of school but it would be worth it in the end.
