Ah yes, summer chores, we all love them. Just kidding, we all know that summer chores absolutely suck. They take so much time out of summer that you never have time to actually chill during the summer. Sometimes, I don’t even get a chance to hangout with my friends because of the stupid chores. Some can be nice, but others can be awful. The nice ones are working in the house. Like doing the dishes, sweeping, cleaning your room, and vacuuming. My favorite one in the house is probably cleaning my room. It usually doesn’t take very long, but when you forget to clean it after a couple weeks, your room can get really messy. I forget about cleaning my room, a lot, to be completely honest with you. But, when I do clean it, I make it look really good. I forgot to mention another one of my favorite summer chores; washing my truck. I absolutely love washing my truck. I would much rather wash it myself rather than taking it the Team Clean or Rhino car wash. The work I put into it to make it look so good makes me feel so good about the accomplishment of the truck getting clean. I love the shine of the wheels after I put aluminum brightener on them, or when I hand wash the the doors, fenders, hood, and bumpers. It makes me feel good that I can accomplish something every two weeks. It looks amazing after I was the truck. But, I’m also here to tell you about the summer chores that suck. The ones that suck are the yard work and mowing the yard. I hate mowing the yard. Everytime I mow, I always get hit with little pieces of wood or rocks and it doesn’t feel to great. Especially, when you get hit in the face or the legs. The yard work also sucks. I hate sitting in the front yard picking rocks out of the flower bed so that my mom can have her essentials oils party whenever that is. Overall, summer chores aren’t really as bad I made them sound.
