Hey, guys! I have no idea what to write about, so I'm going to write about my favorite actor, Misha Collins. I know a lot about him and looked up some stuff to put in this blog. (I feel like a stalker). I'm going to talk about him and some of the things he's done in his life. So if you don't want to hear a bunch of stuff about Misha Collins, I suggest you stop reading and don't go further. Misha Collins made his debut in acting when he made an appearance on the TV series 'Legacy' in 1998. He is best know for playing the role of an angel named Castiel on the TV show 'Supernatural'. Great show by the way. He was born on August 20, 1974, as Dmitri Tippens Krushnic in Boston, Massachusetts. Misha decided to make his stage name Misha Collins because Misha was a nickname his mother gave him as a child and Collins sounded better to him than Krushnic. He went to the University of Chicago and earned a BA in social theory and graduated with honors. Before he began acting, he worked as a carpenter and woodworker in New England's Berkshire Mountains. Misha also interned at the White House during the Clinton Adminstration for four months. (I really feel like a stalker). While being an actor, Misha also became a published poet with works in "The Columbia Poetry Review," "The California Quarterly," and other literary journals. Misha founed the Random Acts organiztion, which has helped build orphanges, schools, and influenced people all over the world to participate in doing good deeds. Another thing Misha created and runs is the world's largest scavenger hunt, which is called GISHWHES (the Greastest International Scavenger Hunt the World Has Ever Seen). With GISHWHES, now only called GISH, Misha has broken five Guinness World Records. He is a great actor and a wonderful person. Just putting that out there.
