Ok, sonic is one of the best when it comes to getting orders right, but it also one of the worst at getting orders wrong too. A couple of weeks ago I went so sonic to my mom, my sisters, and I something to eat. Mom wanted a Sonic cheeseburger with whatever comes on it with mustard instead of ketchup. I wanted a Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger toaster with ketchup, mustard, and pickles only. Sounds so simple right? Well, I was dead wrong. They brought my mom a Super Sonic cheeseburger with everything on it, and they bought me the same thing. I didn’t bother to look at the sandwich till I got home and realized that they were wrong. Mom said she’d eat hers as it was and for me to take mine back. Then, I got my keys, my wallet, the receipt, and got in my truck and drove to Sonic. I pulled into the same stall I ordered from the first time and I said “ I was just up here and y’all got my food wrong, can you please come out here and look”. Then, one of the employees came out and I said “ I ordered a Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger toaster with ketchup, mustard, and pickles only”. The employee replied “Sir, I am so sorry, I’ll take it back and make a fresh sandwich for you and make sure that it is right”. I waited for maybe ten minutes when she brought it back out. I left Sonic thinking that I was finally gonna eat lunch when I get home. Well, I was dead wrong again. I was triggered when I got home and found out that they got my sandwich wrong again. They got the Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger part right, but they put everything on the sandwich. So, I got back in my truck with the receipt and the sandwich and drove back to Sonic. When I got back I asked for the manager. The manager came out and I told her “This is the third time I’ve been up here because y’all keep getting my sandwich wrong”. She said “ Sir I am so sorry about this I’ll fix this personally to make sure it is done right”. I waited again for maybe fifteen minutes, when she brought the burger back I said “Thank you so much, I wanted this from the beginning, thank you so much”. She replied “ You’re welcome and I will speak to the cooks about this”.
