Jacob's Blog 7

On the second day, we ate biscuits and gravy with sausage and eggs again. Honestly, I would have eaten that for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that whole week. Then we went to morning worship. Everyday before we started the actual worship, we would play a few games to get everyone laughing and awake. Then, the worship team would perform a skit that they had put together. Some of the skits were actually really funny but some of them were really stupid honestly. We had another worship concert, then, we went and had recreation. Sometimes the games we would play during recreation were really fun, but others were really dumb. After recreation, we would go to lunch. I actually remember what we had for lunch on day two because it actually really good. We had chicken nuggets with french fries, green beans, and a roll. After lunch we had breakout sessions. The breakout session I went to on day two was arts and crafts. It was really dumb. I don’t like arts and crafts. I would have much rather been at a different breakout session. After breakout sessions, we had bible study. We learned each others names during this bible study. After bible study, we had concession and freetime. This time was my nap time honestly. I really zoned out during this time because I was in my dorm with no one. It was probably the first I had ever gotten deep into my feelings, honestly it was satisfying. After free time was swim time and more free time. During this time, I would continue my nap time. My naps were so good to be honest. After that we would get ready for afternoon worship service and dinner. Dinner was one of my favorite parts of the camp because dinner was always the better meal. After dinner we would go to night worship, and let me tell you, it was the better worship service of the entire day. After night service, was church group. Our church group time was honestly tell everyone what you did that day. After that we had nightlife and it was so fun.
