1st week of summer-1/11-Zoey McGowan

Here we go, my very first blog post. Now let me tell you, I have never really been a fan of blogs. Just talking about yourself and putting it out there has never been enjoyable to me. I’m actually a pretty private person and just opening up is not my any means my thing at all. Much less to a bunch of people I will soon once again have to see everyday. I was and still kind of clueless about what I’m going to write here. I mean I’ve been sitting here for days and days pondering over what I was going to write about. There is no way I can get 350 words out about sitting on the couch binge watching tv literally every day. I mean I have nothing else to do, no place I need to be. I honestly think I’m cursed to wake up early. It does not matter what time I go to bed, it’s always early. I’m literally writing this at 8 am Like how does someone get up at noon and still go to bed at night. I mean this summer is not off to a bad start, just not as action packed as some of yours might be. I have my nephew here, which is a whirlwind itself of playing then watching tv then playing again. Now don’t get me wrong, I love him but sometimes it’s a lot.

My mom thought I could talk about making a summer bucket list. Let me tell you, not my thing. First off, having a sit down and literally coming up with things that I know good and well I’m not going to do. Second, I’ll just be upset with myself if I don’t get things done. So while it may be a good idea for some people, it’s just not the right fit for me.

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed me rambling for a good 10 minutes. If you actually read this is a mystery to me that will never be solved. Anyways, I hope to have more exciting things to tell in the future. :)

P.S: I’m not gonna leave you a question to answer, because I wouldn’t answer them either

  1. Hey Zoey! I’m not a fan of blog posting either! I understand that, I’m a pretty private person too. What goes on in my life, and what I post are completely different things. I would feel pretty clueless as well, I am. I know, I’ve been binge watching some of my favorite shows. I finally started to run out of things to watch on Netflix and tried to find other shows that interested me. Not alot of shows do. I’m more of a bookreader. You have a nephew? I have seven nephews! I know, its hard to love them sometimes, but they definitely make it worthwhile and can be hilarious. Hope your summer is going well. 5/11 - Alexis Roberson
