Well, I asked for things to do, and you gave them to me. It looks like for the summer I will be making a list of things to do before it ends. In the next post I'll be sure to upload a picture of said list, so stay tuned for that. Anyways, things have been going ok for me, no big events or anything crazy planned for the summer yet, but I would like to see something happen. I suppose adventure comes to those who seek it. I've been playing a lot of League so that I can be ready for next year, and let me tell you, these teammates that I'm getting are just strange. It's as if they are intentionally trying to lose, but I won't get started on league, at least not in this blog post. The shoveling dirt has been getting easier, and we even have a side-walk leading from the drive-way to the front porch, which really brings the whole garden aesthetic together. I might even get out there myself and plant some roses, or maybe some nice lilies would tie the variety of the garden together. Anyways, I'm really enjoying this summer, something about it feels different from the others that I've had before, maybe it's the more freedom that I have now that I'm 16. I should probably start writing this summer to do list, but I have a bit of a writers block, as I don't really know what to put on it. It has to be something that isn't too easy to accomplish, but not so hard that I won't want to do it. If you guys have any suggestions I would gladly take them in the comments. I think that I might also make that video game as well if I run out of things to do. Maybe I could add making a video to the list. I have been looking for a new hobby so making video games might actually be good for me overall, or I could learn how to play chess. That's all from me this week, I'll read you guys later.
Who would have thought that we would be reading about Jon’s love for gardening, not me. I am sure the aesthetic you are trying to reach will look great with your roses and lilies. I mean when I can’t make up my mind I usually just do both if possible. But if that isn’t possible you could always flip a coin or something. Don’t over think the whole list, it is supposed to be fun and not stress related at all. It will be okay. And hey, if the whole video game designer or becoming president does not work out in your favor you could always go into the landscaping business.
ReplyDelete2/11- Hey Jon! I enjoyed reading both of your recent blogs. I also have a garden, and I love to plant things as well. Haha, who knew that we had that incommon! I like how you always list all of the many obstacles that you have in your life in the season of summer, I personally find it interesting to read, just like you! I hope you like the blog life too, I've always found blogging to be so so much fun and blogging about your life weekly helps you remember it. I hope you have a great summer, and I also hope you add more things to your new bucket list.
ReplyDeleteI don’t play League of Legends. I do however love playing Fornite (even though I’m terrible) I play for fun and not for the wins. Even though the wins WOULD be nice sometimes. I’m slowly getting better being a new gamer and all. I hope that you do well with your League of Legends. I don’t know alot about gardens, but I think you should plant those roses. I, however, would end up messing the roses up. I don’t have a green thumb. Happy late birthday. Your a writer and having writers block too! I feel you, I was working on my book and haven’t been able to write in a few months. I’ve had that writers block too, or just haven’t felt inspired enough. You should try writing exercises, like writing in different genres. I have a whole book over it, and its helped me out a bit. 4/11- Alexis Roberson
