Ethan Boatman #4

Pt. 1 

I am going to be doing a series of blogs as I go on my family vacation that we are taking this year. We left bright and early this morning and are headed to mobile. We are going to gulf shores but we booked up our condo for 7 nights there and did that way ahead of time but my sister softball team has to be there a day earlier than what we booked so we are going to have to stay in Mobile, Alabama for a night. We are coming out here to Gulf Shores as a vacation but also my sister is playing in the softball World Series so that is another reason why we are coming out to Gulf Shores. We have been too other beaches not too long ago but we haven’t been too Gulf Shores in a couple of years so I am excited to see if anything about it has changed or anything like that. I do dread the drive tho. I think that is honestly one of the worst parts about going on a trip is the drive. About halfway up there to Gulf shores we are supposed to see some really heavy rain and stuff coming back from Hurricane Barry. I do not think it should be too bad just a little storm that We will go through while driving and then go out of it as we keep driving. 

We stopped off at a Wendy’s after a couple hours of driving and when we leave we are going to be right at the little storm and we are going to go through it on our way to Mobile. My main goal is to take a nap while it storms because for some reason when it storms and when it is all messy outside and we have weather like that, I sleep the best. So that is what I am going to try to do. Catch y’all later. 

Just woke up from a pretty good nap and apparently I slept through the whole time we went through the storm and we are about an hour away from mobile and when we get there it is gonna be later so we will probably all be getting some rest and getting ready for the morning so I will catch up with y’all in the morning!
