School is starting in a week so we all know everyone (mostly girls) is on a grind to get summer assignments done, get the cutest new clothes/shoes, get our nails done, get our hair done, and whatever else done that will prepare us for the new school year. So like always I waited last minute to tell my mom I wanted hair extensions. Her being the really good mom she is, called the lady the normally does it. I was at the gym when I told my mom this and she called 30 minutes later and said “go home and take a shower. you’re appointment is at 2:30.” I rushed home showered, washed my hair, and we headed up there. Let me tell ya. Black people hair is not easy to deal with so not just anyone can be doing it. I probably spent about 2 hours getting it done. Sooo many people wanted to watch or come touch it. It was so annoying. But I’m super glad I decided to get them again. I think they are super pretty. But anyway I got them on the day of open house so I was super scared for everyone to see them already. It turned out fine. The only down side is that I’m not used to my hair being this thick and heavy, so I had a super bad headache for the whole first day I had them. But today is the second day and I woke up fine. I don’t know how y’all girls with long hair do it in the summer I almost had a heat stroke today walking in and out of stores at Jonesboro. If anyone has any cute hairstyle ideas, y’all should totally let me know. haha. See you guys Tuesday!! <3
