I'm so excited because this is my final blog. Now I can finally start on the other half of this assignment. When I sat down to figure up how I was gonna go about completing these assignments, I said, "Just do it one bite at a time." You know, like that saying. However, I took a little too long between bites. I'm not too worried though, I'll get it done.
As you all know, this past weekend was tax free weekend, so of course my family went to town really early Saturday morning to stock up on school supplies and to get new clothes. I didn't need much in the way of actual supplies, but I did get a few new tops and some shorts. I'm a little worried that I'm going to get dress coded for wearing shorts even though I tried to get ones that were a little longer. The only things I've been able to wear with this brace have been shorts and leggings, so until my knee isn't as swollen as it currently is, the school is just gonna have to get over it. Anyway, we spent more than nine hours in Jonesboro. Let me tell you, nine hours of walking around on one good leg isn't fun. I was so worn out by the end of the day.
I'm pretty excited to start school and to see people I haven't seen all summer. I'm also just ready to have my junior year over with so I can worry about being a senior. My biggest concern right now is my schedule. I have no idea if it's at all how I want it to be, and if not, I'll probably just cry. I worked really hard to make it, and sort everything out. I just hope I'll be able to graduate with my associates. That would be fantastic. Tomorrow, I'll be at school almost all day to help the teachers with their rooms to the best of my abilities. I'll probably spend a lot of time sorting through bookshelves if that hasn't been done.
Anyway, I'll see you guys next week. I'm officially done with these blogs.
I'm really jealous that you are done with these blogs. Maybe I should take your advice and do a little bit at a time, but I am so ready to get them done, and we only have a week left so I have to do more than a little bit at a time. You better be careful with those shorts girl. They overreact about them, you better make sure they meet the finger tip rule. Or the index card thing or whatever they do. I learned my lesson the hard way. Anyway I hope you get better soon.

Oh my gosh, you better be careful with that leg. Don't over do it. That creates a whole new problem. Anyway, we did not go to the tax free weekend, due to it being so busy. My grandpa gets way to anxious. Honestly, I rather just go during the week. Way less crowds. Plus I really don't like fighting the traffic. I really feel for the schedule though. I am so worried everything will be messed up. I decided not to take the college algebra, I figured I will be stressed to the max anyway. Anyway I am jealous you are finished, and hopefully I will be done soon. See you soon! (-Tristan #7)
ReplyDeleteI got done with my blogs today!! It’s such a relief knowing that 1/3 of the assignment is done. If you’d like to help me with this book thing feel free. I’m quite confused about it. Tax free weekend is such a good weekend. I stocked up on a lot of school supplies as well. Since you’re going to be wearing shorts or leggings a lot I say you just rock the brace you have on. Even if you get dress coded be like, “You have no idea how long it took me to put these on. I’m not changing, bruh!!” Actually you probably shouldn’t do that but hey. You only live once. Can’t wait for this school year. See you tomorrow most likely at open house!!!:)

You are lucky you are not a procrastinator like myself. I had good intentions, I swear. I was going to do what Mrs. Larkin said and write the blogs and comments the week after school ended. I then thought "You know what I could do, I could wait until almost the very last minute when I know I will have forgotten most of what I have done this summer, and I will hate doing so much in such little time." So I did exactly that. I'm gonna try real hard to work on that during this school year. I'm happy for you that you got all this done.
