So I am that person that can talk your ear off until I physically cannot speak about anything. But I think today's episode will be about conspiracy theories. This has always been a go-to of mine when I have nothing important or entertaining to say. So on to the topic of the day. I don't know too much about the conspiracy theories backstories or whatever, so please don't come at me.
The first theory of the day is that Stevie Wonder can see. This one has intrigued me for a while and when everyone was trying to piece the whole thing together it blew my mind. Before I heard about the theory I didn't know who the guy was. But with my tremendous amount of research (aka. three videos) I think he can see just because why not? He gets publicity due to it and I found out about him when I got told he was blind.
Okay, next theory, mind control facility in Alaska. I don't know much about Alaska so this one is strictly the benefit of the doubt. It seems like a very sketchy thing to believe, mind control always seems to be around somewhere. Storybooks with witches or science fiction with aliens or something of that sort, so I think scientists could try it.
I think I can talk about a couple more until I reach the word count.
I remember reading about how Hilter might have a living area on the moon so he wouldn't get killed in the war. I can't wrap my head about the process of getting the house or base or whatever to the moon. But I like the idea of being able to live on the moon. Space is one of my favorite topics so this one is on the list as a default type thing. I don't think this one is real since space is space but it's a thought, you know?
Finally the last theory. Sirens were real and cause shipwrecks with pirates and sailors. This theory appeals to my nerdy side, and I was that kid obsessed with mythology at like eleven. Mermaids have been a thought I couldn't understand really. They didn't seem to have a purpose besides looking pretty. Sirens on the other hand were cool to read about. They lead boats full of people to shore with song, and the people had no idea where they were going. It was mind control before I really understood the idea of it.
Okay, I am done now. If you read this far I am sorry.
Hey Hailey! I actually really enjoyed your writing for this week lol. I also love and enjoy learning about conspiracy theories as well haha. I really like the ones that you stated as well. Our minds really do think so alike, which is great btw. Thank you for always shining your amazing humor through on your blogs. You really do know how to brighten up somebody's day. I personally do not think that you are a nerd at all lol. Trust me, if you're a nerd, then I am as well haha. Thank you for sharing something from your amazing mind. -6/11 Emily Fitzgerald

ReplyDeleteWell hello fellow nerd. I also love conspiracy theories. Just something about them are so fascinating to me. Just the fact people have all these stories is just so cool. I've heard the Stevie Wonder one before and they actually had some proof. I am actually torn because they have proof and you are right that he is famous for being a blind musician. I have never actually heard about the Alaska one, also the Hitler living on the moon. I don't really believe that. How the heck would someone survive on the moon after all these years. I actually like all the mythical things too. Like sirens even though they are really cool. I also agree mermaids, while they sound cool, are pretty much useless. Besides looking pretty lol.

ReplyDeleteYou know, the one thing that I was thinking while I was reading the start was, "At least she hasn't mentioned the secret Nazi base on the moon.", and then you did. I'm surprised you even knew about that one, as that one's buried pretty deep in the internet. Anyways, I'm just here to say that you're off your rocker for thinking Stevie Wonder isn't blind. I mean, I guess I could where your going with that idea, but it's not something I would agree with. But sirens could be real, I won't debate that. I got thalassophobia, so I guess I'm just afraid of the ocean.

ReplyDeleteGirl I am with you when you say conspiracy theories are a go-to because same. They are just so fun to read about and then to add your own theories to it because I remember I think it me and two other people in class we were reading I think it was a book and we was making theories on how the book would turn out and how the characters took a turn in the book before we even got to what they did. In all it was just so much fun and I think we were reading in the time frame of when Hitler doing all that stuff and I think we ended up saying one of the characters was him or it seemed to be him and we would just argue about the story and come up with our own conspiracy theory.

ReplyDeleteI was actually just talking about conspiracy theories the other day! Granted I was talking about the most known ones but I will say sirens and mermaids were one of the discussions. I am kinda iffy on them. I personally think that since so much of the ocean is undiscovered there are creatures like this out there, I however feel like they do not look like all the different images out there that people come up with. I feel like they are more towards a fish or more typical sea creature then resembling a human. All of these theories are very interesting and a few I have never heard of before. Thank you for sharing them and your viewpoint!
