Elijah Couch 10- 11th grade
Holy crap, do y'all realize that we only have two years left of school. That is insane. It doesn't feel like we should be this old, at least to me I doesn't. I think my schedule this year is pretty easy besides my mom's class, Mr. Lamb's class, and this one. The rest of my classes are pretty easy. Second period I have T.J. for APUSH. That should not be that hard, his other classes weren't hard. I have art third period for the first semester so I won't be doing much in there, and when we do draw things will be easy because I like to draw and stuff. Second semester I have Oral Comm which I ain't looking forward to because I don't talk very much. Fourth period I have Ag Mechanics. I think it will be fun I liked all of Mr. Wynn's other classes. Fifth period I have Student Aide for my mom, she said it would be real easy. Sixth period I have this class and I like Mrs. Larkin and English is really easy, but I can't write worth a crap. I used to be good at it back Mrs. Nall's class, the people who when to Riverside West know who that is, but now my writing sucks, I can't never come up with any ideas, not any good ones at least. Seventh is chemistry and I heard some of y'all talking last year saying it was terrible. I am not looking forward to that class at all mostly because I ain't good at science things and the last time I have Mr. Lamb I didn't get it to well. Finally for eighth period I have agri again. This time I am going to be using the big plasma cutter I pretty sure, that might just be for seniors. The great thing is since it is at the end of the day if I don't like that class, but I probably will, I can drop it and get on the flex schedule so I can leave after seventh period. That's three hundred and fifty words so one more blog and I'm done. See y'all tomorrow.

Yo, Elijah, it's Vic again. I'm here to tell you to not stress too much about Mr. Lamb's class. All you have to do is do your work and get it in on time and you should be fine. It will be filled with labs, just like his Physics class. I didn't struggle a ton with Mr. Lamb's class other than him picking at us sophomores last year. Btw, if you don't understand something there is a high chance there's at least 3 other kids who are confused too, so ask questions because you can help you and other people out. You should get through it fine. I also feel you about not being able to write worth a crap. Have you seen my blog posts? lol. I go to write about things and all of my ideas are gone. I also feel you about Oral Comm. When I start talking in front of a class I start to talk really fast even though I'm comfortable talking to everyone in my classes otherwise. I just get nervous about my work not being the best I want it to be. Okay that's way over 100 words. -Victoria #2
ReplyDeleteLike Victoria said, Lambs class was a piece of cake as long as you turn everything in. You didn't seem to have that problem before in physical science, so I have strong faith in you. As for the fact that we only have two more years of school left, I completely agree with what you said. It doesn't feel like we should be this close to being full adults and released out into the open world. Time sure has been a virtue I let slip by too quickly, but I know there is nothing we can do now. Hopefully, we've learned and will learn everything we need to know to help us get through life as smoothly as possible. -Robert
