My bestfriend -Ambria Curtis
When I was in the seventh grade, I met my best friend. It was the first year I started going to Buffalo Island Central. I met my friend, Abby a few days after school started. We became friends after she defended me to someone else. We started hanging out ever since. We went everywhere together and told each other everything. Like most teenage girls, we fought over boys and some of the most childish things all of the time. But, we always made up of course. We couldn't stay mad at each other. We have been through everything together. We have had our fair share of drama, but she has always had my back, even when I made her mad she was still there for me. She's always been a great friend to me. If I ever need anyone, I know that I can go to her for anything. She is really and truly a great friend, words can't explain how great of a friend she has been to me these past few years. But, during the middle of my freshman year, my parents told me we were moving and that I would have to switch schools the next year. Which I know it isn't like I moved across the country. I can still hang out with her, but It was still sad and hard because we wouldn't be able to sit together at lunch, or have the same classes. I wouldn't be able to talk to her anytime during school or walk down the hall and see her. But, I do love my friends at Riverside it's just not the same. But, we still stay in contact and hang out whenever we can of course. All in all, I would not trade her for anything in the world even though she gets on my nerves sometimes. I don't know what I would do without her crazy self. I'm so glad that I have a friend like her to put up with me. Friends are blessings, and she definitely is a blessing. Our friendship really means the world to me.
