    When you are moving there is a lot you have to plan for. It's not as easy as one two three. And you can't just say poof I'm done. Moving takes a lot of forethought and planning. You have to work out every single detail before actually making the move. Lets see what all you have to do.
     When you want to move to a new house there's a lot you have to take into consideration. First you have to decide what kind of house you're looking for. You have to decide how many rooms you want, how many bathrooms, and if the house has the right kind of look that you want. You also have to worry about if it has the right size yard for you. And if you have pets you have to make sure they'll have room too.
    Finding the perfect house is only a quarter of the battle though.  Next you have to make sure it's in the right location for you. You have to be sure of many things. For example, you have to make sure you like the street its on. You have to make sure it's a safe neighborhood for you and your children if you have any. You have to make sure it's not to much of a noisy street with traffic for you and your family.
    Even after this, if the house meets all of these requirements, you have to look underneath the surface. Sometimes a house can look perfect on the outside. But underneath all the beauty is wires, roofing, what's inside the walls, and things like the insulation. If the wiring is bad, sometimes you will have to re-circuit the whole house. And this costs hundreds of dollars. And not to mention the insulation in the walls that you sometimes find. What if your child was allergic to the insulation? You would have to replace this to. You have to inspect what's on the outside as well as what's on the inside.
    If the house meets all of these requirements there is two more things you have to take care of. One, you have to make sure the house is in your price range. Along with a lot of other things. You have to take into consideration the price you're buying the house for, anything you have to fix, moving expenses, everything. You have to be sure of all of these things to figure out exactly how much everything is going to cost.
    The last and final thing you have to worry about is selling the house you are currently living in. You always need to decide on the house you want to buy first. Along with this you need to factor in all the expenses and make sure it's perfect for you before selling your current house.You wouldn't want to sell your current home first and then not be able to find a new house and be homeless. Or worse you and all your children staying in a hotel or something like that.
    You have to be sure of all of these things, and follow them in the right process to find your dream home and move into it on schedule. Moving can be a lot of fun. It's also a lot of hard work.
