Photographs --Jo Baker- # 13

    There are many things in this world. There are trees, paintings, factories, hospitals, vehicles, and much more. I don't know if I could even name half of them. There is many different things used for so many different purposes. But there is one thing I love a lot in particular.
    I love photographs. There's a lot you can do with these to. You can make art with these, memories, collages, videos, there's so many things. My favorite thing about photographs is that the picture it shows was once a moment in real life. And taking photos isn't hard.
    All you have to do is invest in a good camera. Costs on cameras vary on what kind of camera you want to get. Some of the expensive photography cameras are hundreds when little digital cameras may be one hundred or two depending on the brand. But whatever kind you get they all serve the same purpose, photographs. And photographs are a wonderful thing.
    Although photographs serve many purposes my favorite is the memories they hold. You can memorialize almost anything with a photograph. You can memorialize a funny moment, a good day, your wedding, an anniversary, your prom, a proud moment, anything. Photographs remind us of the past, present, and sometimes the future.
    If we didn't have photographs, we couldn't see the actual moment that was special to us. We couldn't see the laughter that the picture holds, the smiles we shared, the place that it all happened. We would only have a vague memory of why it was a special moment. A photograph holds so many many details of one day. Or of one thing that was important enough to take a picture of. Photographs are what helps us hold on to "the good ole days". They help us remember who we were, what we loved to do, and even who we loved. They help us remember so many different things : who we shared our time with, what we loved to do, and what was important to us.
    I don't know what the world would be like without photographs. I think it would be a much duller place. I think photographs is what keeps us young and still filled with joy and life. I don't know what kind of cameras we will have in the future but I hope they still make cameras. I hope this blog showed some of the importance of photographs.
