Ending tv shows? (10) Chloe Reese

I think about everyone I know has a tv show they obsess over. Whether it be Supernatural. greys Anatomy, or any other tv shows they love. The only thing I hate about getting addicted to a show is when they end it. I don't mean the shows you watch every season and then has a big finale. I'm talking about the shows you see commercials for and can't wait to watch. Then you watch the show the night of the premiere. You start to like the show and then watch every episode. Then it goes off for the year. Then next year around the same time, you look forward to watching it. You have at that moment became obsessed with the show. So you try to find it on tv,but it doesn't come on. You tou look it up on your phone to see, it has been cancelled. The show just dissapears into thin air. I hate when you start to love a show and then it gets cancelled. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. I started to love the shows Twisted, Finding Carter, and even the movie Mortal Instruments City of Bones. Even though the last one is a movie, I had to include it. I had read all of the books in this series. I was excited when I heard this movie was coming out and couldn't wait for the others. But, then after the movie came out I found out they had stopped making the others. The reason is because they had not sold out in theaters and and sold the movie like they wanted or needed to. Even though the actors wanted to continue making the others they didn't. Ending these shows made me upset because I really liked them. They just cut the show of and left me hanging. I wanted to know what happened next in the movie form. I think that if someone is going to start a tv show or movie series, they should have the funds set aside before they make them. This would be good so fans wouldn't have to be disappointed when their favorite show ends. Instead the show could continue and gain more fans.

  1. Chloe, I completely agree with you on that. You couldn't have just said that any better. There have been so many occasions where I start liking a bunch of different TV shows and then they all cancel out of the middle of no where. They are just canceled in the middle of everything and it leaves you in suspense. But, you always wonder what happens because it was canceled. That annoys me on so many levels. My question is why do they start a TV show if they aren't going to finish it? I just think that is so ridiculous. -Ambria Curtis
