- Being late. I cannot stand being late. I always try to be at places at least ten to fifteen minutes early.
- The sound of a fork scraping against a plate. That sound always sends chills down my back, and I just can't stand it.
- When people are mean to dogs. Dogs are literally the sweetest things. They do not deserve to be treated rudely.
- When students are mean to substitute teacher. Some teens just don't have respect and it hurts me.
- Old people falling. It just breaks my heart. One time at the NEA Tournament an elderly man missed a step on the bleachers and fell. It was literally so sad.
- When my brother is being slow. I usually try to wait and let him ride to church with me on Sundays, but sometimes I leave him because he is being so slow.
- Flat basketballs. There is nothing worse than a flat basketball.
- Doing the dishes. I hate having to touch all of that yucky stuff. I suffer every day because of dirty dishes.
- Mosquitos. It's funny because I actually just got bit by a mosquito as I was typing this. Those little things are so evil.
- Losing. Losing is literally the worst feeling ever. It puts me in such a terrible mood. Like, don't even bother trying to talk to me after I lose at something.
- Sunburns. I hate getting them so much. Most of the time it just turns in to a tan, but other times it likes to linger for a few days and then peel.
- Mornings, I literally don't talk for like the first hour that I am awake.
- Long car rides. I just get really bored sitting in a car. My legs get really sore after awhile, too.
- Movies where dogs die. They are literally the saddest movies. Why would you ruin a perfectly good movie by killing an adorable dog?
- When I have to tell my brother to do something fifty times. We have to do laundry and clean every day, and he always chooses to do his stuff right before my mom gets home.

Things I Hate -Hattie Milligan

Hattie, I literally hate repeating myself also. I find it so annoying when I have to say something like a million times because no one heard what I said the first time. You are also so right about nothing worse than a flat basketball. I think basketballs are supposed to bounce and when they do no, they are so irrelevant. I think losing is almost as bad as a flat basketball. Because losing makes you feel sick to your stomach and you are just so angry after you lose. Then people want to talk to you and it is just such a horrible combination. - whitney
