Blog #6 Ally P

Well, it's officially the last day of summer. I can't believe that we're going to be juniors. It seems like our time at the high school has gone by super fast. It's also crazy that my brother is going to be in the 7th grade. It's gonna be kinda weird seeing him in the hallway everyday since I haven't for like three years. I'm kinda ready for school, mostly ready to just see everybody though. My summer has been really great and I hope everyone else has had a great summer too. This summer has been pretty exciting and fun for the most part. I've spent a lot of time with my cousins Kalli and Kennedy this summer. I love spending time with my family we always have the best time. Kennedy will be four in November and she is an absolute mess. I love her to death but she can be kinda crazy sometimes. She's at the age where she is super bossy and everything has to be done her way otherwise it's a bad deal. She can be pretty funny too and she's super dramatic. She's been learning some knock-knock jokes because the other day she had to sit me down and tell me some knock-knock jokes. It's pretty funny because she cracks herself up while she's telling them. Kennedy's also going to pre-school this year so we need to say a quick prayer for her teachers and other students. I don't know how well this whole pre-school thing is gonna go down but we can only hope she'll be good. The problem won't be her crying because she misses her mom and dad but it will be her trying to boss the teachers and other students around. That's gonna be her main problem. She's also not afraid to tell you how it is. That could be a pretty big problem too. It's really crazy how fast she is growing up though. I can't believe she's already going to be four this November. I remember holding her in the hospital after she was born and it's just really crazy how fast time has gone by. It seems like the older we get the faster it goes by. Anyway, I think I've got the word limit so I'm gonna end this blog bye!

  1. So like I said in a comment on one of your other post, two of my comments I made earlier in the summer are now gone, so I’m back. Super glad that I checked though. I can’t believe that tomorrow is gonna be the first day of Junior year. It’s crazy. I literally feel like we should be going into like 8th or 9th grade, not 11th. Our time in high school has literally flown by. I’m excited for school, just a bit though. I think it’s jus because I enjoy the five days a week social time, not the work or anything. There are a few teachers I missed, but not that much. Like barely at all. I guess I hit the word count. I’ll see you tomorrow!

  2. i agree with you. i can’t believe tomorrow we start our junior year!! only two more first day of schools, wow!! even though i can’t relate about your brother thing, i kinda sorta can. this will be my first year my brother won’t be in school with me. it’s crazy that i won’t see him in the hallways and won’t be able to talk to him all the time. so enjoy the times you can do that with yours!! hopefully we all have a great school year and everything goes as planned. see you soon!

  3. I can not believe that I only have two more years of high school. It feels like just yesterday I was starting 7th grade and my brother was a senior. Now he has a baby and is married and I’m a junior. And I cannot believe that Kennedy is old enough to go to school. Wow I actually sold my first day outfit from the boutique to her grandma for her to wear on the first day of school. Aw she’s so grown. I love that child. I love you too ally p!!! -Grace Powell
