relationships -Faith Brooks(12)
Relationships make the world go round. Love, loyalty, trust, someone to be there for you... all of that is so important in life. The most important parts of a relationship are, like I just said, love, loyalty, and mostly trust. Trust is important in a relationship because loving someone requires it. Sticking with someone, keeping their secrets, and being comfortable with someone all require trust. In highschool, relationships are hard. There are so many things that go into a relationship when you're in highschool. So many factors that can break you up or test you. These factors include: cheating, lying, drama, moving, graduating, deciding where to go to college/if you'll go to college together, fights, immaturity, etc. Teenagers are said to not know anything about love, but I think we do. Right now, I love my boyfriend, but I have to be honest and say that things do get hard sometimes. But, for the past year, six months & three days, we've loved eachother and made it through every bump in the road. My biggest worry for our relationship is going to college. Will we get into the same ones? Do we want to go to the same colleges? Where could we move where we would both be happy? We talk about it a lot(I tend to run things into the ground when I'm worried about them), and we've both considered a lot of different places, but all I can really do is pray about it, because everything is in God's plan. Anyways, relationships can be hard, but they are also so beautiful and fun. Finding someone who's your bestfriend and your boyfriend is just such an amazing feeling to have. I'm really comfortable and open with Dillon. I know I can tell him anything and he won't tell anyone, I know I can ugly-laugh infront of him and he won't make fun of me, I know that every time we're together is going to be a good time, etc. Being single can be fun because of the freedom, but being in a relationship with sharing, kindness, fun, and someone to share your life with is unexplainable.
