This is going to be about my mom and facts about her life and just whatever pops into my head I guess.
My mom's name is Shelia Denise Lowery. Her maiden name is Byrd. People often misspell her name "SheiLa" instead of "SheLia". She was born on July 9th in 1962, which makes her 54 years old.
She has one sister and three brothers. Her sister's name is Amanda. She's older than my mom. Her two older brothers names are Mike and Jimmy. Her younger brother's name is Billy. My mom's dad died a long time ago, but her mom is still alive. My grandma's name is Ann Carolyn Wood.
My mom worked at St. Bernard's for thirty-four years. The only other job she has had was working for her dad at a gas station. In St. Bernard's, she worked in Admissions, One Day Surgery and EKG at different times. My aunt also works at St. Bernard's.
My mom has two kids, which are me and my brother Brandon. I'm 16 and Brandon is 32.
Like I said in another blog post, I started living with them when I was really little. Then, they adopted me a few years ago.
My mom's favorite color is purple. Her favorite food is pizza. She wants to eventually live in the Florida Keys, but she won't move until I graduate, which I think is stupid because I am willing to move right this minute.
My mom's favorite animal is a cat. Her favorite band is Journey.
She's been married twice. She has two grandkid, named Kyle Drake and KylieJean Desiree.
My mom's all time favorite pet she's had was a cat named Blue Eyes. She's been to New Jersey, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Maryland, Missouri, Colorado, and North Carolina. The best vacation she has ever taken was when she visited her brother at an army base in Colorado when she was eighteen.
My mom's a pretty cool and chill person even though we constantly bicker and argue about dumb things.
