Lexi B’s blog #8
My accomplishments this summer have included: completing 90210, starting Pretty Little Liars, cleaning my room twice, and spending a whole bunch of money. 90210 is a show about incredibly rich teenagers growing up in Beverly Hills, hence the name of the show. The show made me kind of sad to be honest. These kids are driving expensive cars and shopping every single day of the week. I really did enjoy the show, though. Once I finished 90210, I started Pretty Little Liars. I’m currently on Season 4. This show has literally been great! It takes place in Pennsylvania and follows the lives of four teenage girls trying to solve the mystery of their friend’s disappearance. Not gonna lie, it’s slightly overdramatic, but I still love it. I’ve cleaned my entire room. I rearranged and organized it. I also attempted to clean my bathroom and closet, but those were almost complete failures. I always catch myself leaving out my hair products on the cabinet or just throwing my shoes in the closet. All my money has been spent on clothing, gas, and food. I always catch myself looking for a new shirt, riding around, and eating out even though there’s food at home. Yes, I am aware, my summer does not sound exciting. I’ve had a lot of fun, though. It’s the small things that count to me. I’ve made a lot of good memories this summer. Among my favorite memories are: going to the McDonald’s in Beebe, hanging out at my nana’s with Kaitlyn, and countless trips to Ice Paris. As much as I’ve loved summer, I’m kind of excited about school starting. I cannot wait to be a junior. Big things are happening this year for me! I’ll be in student council, FBLA, FCCLA, Science Club, Beta, and yearbook. This coming year, the search for the perfect college will begin. I cannot believe we are almost to the point of adulthood. It seems like just yesterday we were gross little seventh graders starting on the adventure of high school. A part of me wants time to slow down, but the other part of me is ready to take on the world.

i have also thought of cleaning my room, but needless to say that’s only happened once. pretty little liars is the def one of the best. i’m not sure if you have watched it bc i didn’t actually read your blog, but if you haven’t watched it you should. i have not watched 90210 yet, but i’m about to bc people keep telling me it’s really good. i really need to go clean my room. also, hope your summer has been going swell. it has been really hot this summer, so hopefully you’ve been staying in the cool and watching netflix. peace out. -lexi h.
ReplyDeleteWell, my accomplishments this summer have included: being lazy, watching the first four seasons of Bones, and reading twenty issues of The Walking Dead comics. I haven't been very productive. I would've liked to clean my room, but I've been gone all summer. I've watched almost the entire first season of Pretty Little Liars and I loved it. It is slightly overdramatic, I agree, but it still manages to be a good show. I also can't wait to be a Junior. We're getting so close to graduating and starting our adult lives. I don't know what else to say so... yeah. - Tiffany F.
ReplyDeleteI think you accomplished a whole lot more than what did, and you actually do your work like you're supposed to unlike me. I put these blogs until like just the other day. the last three were so hard to write about. I could not think of anything to write about. It was also really hard to ramble on about some things as well. I hope you've had a great summer and a great birthday.
