Paris- Whitney Wagganer

Have you ever been young and thought either "i'm gonna dig a hole so i can get to the other side of the world," or "i'm just gonna drive my car to the other side of the world," then realizing that's not even theisable. Well, i have too. When i was twelve years old, in the year of 2012, my mom, my "grandmother", and me all went to Paris. As a twelve year old, who had never flown a day in her life, i thought we were going to drive our cars all the way from Memphis, Tennessee to Paris, France. Really don't know why i thought that, but all i knew what i was really excited to go.  So in early June, we drove to Memphis international airport and flew to Dallas, Texas. When we got to Dallas, we got on a huge plane that took us from Dallas to London England, which took like 15 hours. I didn't get to see England, but i saw the inside of the airport. After we had gotten to England, we went through airport security, which is so scary. After England, we took a plane that to us to Frankfurt, Germany. There, Neil, granny Lisa's son, picked us up from the airport. After a couple of days of exploring Germany, the best day happened. We were going to get on a train, which took two hours, to Paris. Paris was absolutely beautiful. The day we decided to go, what the perfect day to go. The sun was shining, the big puffy white clouds were in the sky, and it had a gentle breeze. Everyone was out and about around the City of Love. We went and saw the Mono Lisa, in the Louvre. We went and saw Paris' main attraction. The Eiffel Tower. It was so high up. Everyone, and i mean literally everyone was in line just to go up it. We didn't have time to go up the Eiffel Tower, but i'm glad i got to see it in person. If i could change one thing about that trip, it would be to go up the Eiffel tower, and look over the amazing city of Paris.
