While the 1st Force Recon and other Marine
teams are trying to find Al-Asad in the small city. The SAS squad, Team Bravo,
are on a helicopter headed back to an undisclosed base. While riding through
the country side (mostly fields and small groups of buildings), an anti-aircraft
missile is fired towards the helicopter. The pilot tries to evade the missile
but is not fast enough and the helicopter is shot down. The pilots do not
survive but Soap, Nikolai, and the rest of Bravo Team survive the crash. The
team then has to make their way through fields while being followed by an
attack helicopter and surrounded by enemies. They team make their way through
the fields defeating multiple enemies in the process. They find a barn with
hostile enemies inside it, they take out the hostiles and find a rocket
launcher that Soap uses to shoot down the attack helicopter that had been
following them. The team call in their location and the SAS sends an AC-130H
Spectre (an attack plane) to protect the team as they make their way to an extraction
zone. The player then controls the guns on the plane to protect Bravo Team. You
take multiple enemies that are on foot and in vehicles. Bravo Team moves toward
extraction first on foot, then in civilian vehicles that they commandeer. You
use a machine gun, high powered projectile canon using explosive shells, and a
missile launcher to defend Bravo Team. After a long flight and the death of
many enemy troops the team makes it to the LZ and is extracted by friendly
helicopters. The player then takes control of 1st Force Recon member
Paul Jackson. The 1st Force Recon team is on a mission to recover a
tank that is stuck in a bog close to them. They move in on the tank, going
through city streets and fighting off enemy troops. They reach the tank and have
to fight off enemy troops long enough for the mechanic team to fix the tank.
The team begins having trouble fighting off all of the enemy troops, so Jackson
is ordered to destroy an enemy anti-aircraft missile launcher. He does and the
team calls in air support wiping out enemy troops.
